Ladies meetings are held at the church building fortnightly. Details can be obtained from Valerie Bownas (01422 361291).
Tuesday 7.30 - 9.00 pm followed by refreshments and chat
This is an informal gathering for ladies of all ages. There are no hymns but there is a prayer time, where ladies may share their needs, burdens or matters for thanksgiving. An interactive Bible study follows with a set of notes and questions for discussion. A variety of subjects is covered. For example themes on practical Christian living, studies through books of the Bible and examination of other religions.
All ladies are welcome no matter whether or not they are come to our church. We are especially pleased to welcome ladies who are interested to learn about the Christian message and its application to everyday life.
Wednesday 10.15 - 11.30 am
This is a more formal meeting for ladies of all ages. A crèche is available for pre-school children. The meeting follows the format of a service, with hymn singing, prayers and a message given by a guest speaker. This meeting provides teaching and fellowship for Christians, but also presents a Gospel challenge for those who are not believers.
