Welcome to our website.

We are a growing work here in Halifax, aiming to spread the good news of the gospel in our Town and the surrounding area. We use the NIV version of the Bible in our services and sing a variety of modern and traditional hymns. The church has a congregation of varying ages and hold services on a Sunday morning and evening. We have a crèche room and a Sunday school available during the service as well as many activities throughout the week.

About Halifax

Halifax, with a population of over 200,000 people, is located in the heart of Calderdale, West Yorkshire, (Northern England). The town was particularly famous for its Worsteds, cotton, silk and carpets.

Today Halifax is a multi-cultural community, with a much reduced industrial economy but a growing tourist industry. Attractions include Dean Clough, Shibden Hall, The Piece Hall, Wainhouse Tower and the close proximity of the hills. The town centre boasts a number of delightful examples of Victorian and Georgian architecture, and the Borough Market.
